Use clean fingers to firmly knead the plug several times and then form a smooth and solid ball. Ensure that you form a ball and not an elongated shape! To use the plugs in children's ears, simply make them a bit smaller before inserting them. 2. Place the ball, which should be as large as possible for the ear in question, over the clean and dry opening of the ear and then press it down lightly until the ear is well sealed. If required, you can lightly pull your auricle back in order to release any air that may be trapped in the ear canal. 3.
